Common Questions

Do these come calibrated?

Yes, units ship with a calibration certificate. We can also tell you the recalibration interval for your accuracy requirement and handle recalibration when it comes due.

Can I log or transmit the readings?

Select models support wireless transmission and data logging. Tell us whether you need a record of the lift and we will specify accordingly.

What capacity do I need?

Size to the maximum load you will actually apply, with margin, and tell us the accuracy you need at the low end of your range too. That second part is what usually drives the model choice.

Can you recalibrate or repair a unit I already own?

In many cases yes, including units that are not new. Send us the model number and we will tell you.
